SHAPES AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

“The Tiles of Caleca” are manufactured, glazed and decorated entirely by hand.

They are created on industrial support material adaptable for both wall coverings and pavements.
The normal colors used in their realization are non-toxic and do not contain cadmium or lead, thus permitting contact with food on the countertop or worktop and are in line with the principles of biological home constructions and surroundings.

The patterns, all registered and copyrighted, are of the original and exclusive property of CALECA.

After the determination of the standards of feasibility, it may be possible to create tiles and panels representing other particular subjects or patterns with variations in color.

For every pattern with a border band, a corner or end piece is also available.

Upon request, other special shapes non shown in catalog may be available.
The particular conformation of the special pieces in the brush stroke colors may present a variation in color tones.
The diverse chromatic shading and eventual small imperfections of the pattern represent characteristics resulting from the hand crafting.
In order to attain the best chromatic effect, it is recommended to mix and blend the pieces prior to their installation.
